Not only are their endless amounts of fish and mammals, but also there are roller coasters that will whip you around in every direction for those "land lubbers". The best roller coasters are the Steel Eel and the Great White. The Great White was the first one built and true to the raw nature of that animal, this ride will flip you upside down 5 times, while swinging you around on loops and corkscrews. And all of this excitement is at the accelerated rate of 50 mph. If you only saw those rides, you would only be seeing a quarter of your Sea world San Antonio tickets can offer. You can't go to Sea World San Antonio Texas and not see sharks.

The sharks are in a 450,000-gallon habitat. That's a little more than your average gold fish tank. The habitat will bring you face to face with the ocean's mysterious and dangerous creatures. Enclosed in a 300,000-gallon tank is a coral reef with thousands of fish from the Indian and pacific oceans. Shamu, the main event, is not only a great show, but also an excellent host to your dining experience. Enjoy a cornucopia of tastes at the all-you-can-eat buffet with Shamu. You get to eat at a reserved table that is restricted to trainers and animal care specialists. An intimate dining experience with a killer whale is something you don't do everyday. Sea World San Antonio Texas wants you to experience the biggest mammal in style. It is one of those San Antonio attractions that should be on your list of things-to-do. All it takes to get a taste of the world of the deep blue abyss is a SeaWorld San Antonio ticket. So hold your breath and soak it all in.

Dawn Brancheau wanted to be a SeaWorld trainer since her first visit to the park as a child. By age 40, she was the park’s most experienced trainer and had formed a joyful bond with the great orcas, which she loved like they were her children. That bond was tragically broken when she was killed in 2010 by Tilikum, the largest of the orcas, in an incident still not completely understood. Tilikum was not punished in any way, and today is appearing in shows again. As a safety precaution, trainers are no longer allowed in the water with any of the orcas.
