The activity pool with its balance logs is also a hit, and when you need a break from all the rides, hitting the souvenir shop can be a good way to spend some time.

In addition to family-friendly concerts and contests, the Splashtown San Antonio events include "Dive In Movies." These movies are screened in the wave pool area and typically start at 8 p.m. The rating is most often PG-13 for the different movies, and you can actually grab an inner tube and watch the show from the water.
