One of the Texas tourist attractions that everyone should see is the Alamo. It is an important landmark signifying Texas patriotic sacrifice against a larger Mexican army. You will have the chance to learn about the king of the wild frontier; Davy Crockett. He was a Tennessee Congressman who fought in the Alamo.

Another place to visit is the Riverwalk in San Antonio. The Riverwalk is a shopping and dining center that winds along with the San Antonio River. San Antonio has come into its own among other major commerce centers of Texas. After using all those shopping and credit card swiping muscles, it would be the perfect time to get out of the heat and into water park paradise.

Schlitterbahn is the best water park in the state and has every water fun you could ever think of. It has waterslides, wave pools, zip lines and surfing. There are also aquariums in Dallas and Houston. These cities don’t have an ocean, so they bring it to them. They display a wide variety of species of fish that are sure to catch your eye such as the predator exhibit. The Dallas Aquarium offers exotic fish from across the globe, such as the Porcupine puffer fish. This is one of the best tourist attractions in Texas.

The mysteries of the sea are still unanswered, but the mysteries of space are still widely unknown.
