If you don't have your heart set on staying in the Eastsound area during your Orcas Island visit, then you might look to Deer Harbor. This is where you will find The Inn on Orcas Island. Lopez Island Bed and Breakfasts

The San Juan Islands lodging options decrease significantly as you move away from San Juan Island and Orcas Island. In fact, Lopez Island is the only other island that offers hotels, and these hotels are very limited in number. That doesn't mean that they aren't worth keeping in mind, especially if you want to stay at a bed and breakfast. The Lopez Island hotels include two fine bed and breakfasts, and they are the Edenwild Inn and the MacKaye Harbor Inn. The Edenwild Inn is a better fit for those who want to be close to the best restaurants on Lopez Island, while the MacKaye Harbor Inn is found on the south end of the island and can be an ideal place to stay if you want to do a lot of kayaking.
