Fremont Solstice Parade

Lenin Square Fremont
Lenin Square Fremont - One of the striking features of the Fremont district of Seattle is a 16-foot sculpture of Vladimir Lenin. Each June the summer solstice parade takes place around this statue. Thousands of spectators gather to watch the nude bike ride, listen to music, and see entertainment from dance to intricate costumes. This is one of the most beloved events in the Fremont neighborhood and anywhere in the city.
