Solstice Parade Hat - Every year at the Solstice Parade, the costumes get better and better. Creative citizens show their artistic skills in a variety of ways, including an intricate hat such as this one. Other entertainment includes music, dance, street performers, and the nude bike ride, held before the parade. This district becomes an outdoor art gallery every June on the Saturday closest to the summer solstice.
