Seattle Rentals

If you want to find a Seattle vacation rental and other kinds of independent Seattle rentals that will feel like home, you should be able to find something to accommodate in almost every popular neighborhood in Seattle. Seattle weekly rentals of homes and properties is a great way to travel for groups, as most Seattle vacation rental homes will sleep multiple people and thus cut the per person cost down significantly from the cost of a long hotel stay.
With most Seattle vacation rentals, expect to pay a deposit upfront, usually between %15 and %30 of your overall cost. Most Seattle rentals accept major credit cards, and often this is the preferred method of payment. Particularly with large Seattle vacation rentals, the cancellation policy can be quite strict, and require that you cancel at least a month in advance in order to get a full refund. Whether you stay for a week or a month, you are not responsible for anything more than you would be at a hotel, unless the property owner specifies something in their contract. Just as with a hotel, if you damage something in your Seattle vacation rentals, you will be responsible for your involvement. Disasters that are not your fault, such as a fire or natural disaster, are not your responsibility.
One of the biggest advantages to Seattle rentals is the homey atmosphere it can add to a long vacation or business trip. Fully stocked kitchens, fully furnished rooms, and plenty of cozy amenities grace Seattle weekly rentals and rentals for longer stays. If you plan to engage in some of the local Seattle activities, you can often simply ask the owner to parlay some information when you are booking your stay. Some owners will even help you book trips to the top of the Space Needle or other adventures throughout the area.
Seattle weekly rentals are available throughout most of the city, however there are certainly some areas that are more popular than others. Downtown is an obvious choice, although there are not many houses available in the main section of downtown, and you will likely be relegated to condo rentals. West Seattle, and places all along the shores of the water in Seattle are some of the best places to find beautiful Seattle weekly rentals that are close to the city but still offer beautiful views. For vacation rentals closer to nature, you can also head to the Ballard Locks, in northwestern Seattle neightborhood of Ballard, or go a bit beyond the city limits to Snoqualmie, a neighborhood just south of Seattle which is only 30 minutes from ski slopes in one direction and 30 minutes from downtown Seattle in another.
Supplies of your own you should likely bring along include food (unless specified that food is part of your vacation rental agreement, though this is not typical), your own transportation, and of course your own belongings. Everything else, right down to plates for eating and linens for sleeping, will be waiting for your in your vacation home.
