In the heart of Palermo Viejo, the neighborhood immortalized
by famous writer Lorge Luis Borges, this was the first
designer bed and breakfast in Argentina. Built in a house
called a porteño from the late eighteenth century, the
structure was originally the San Vicente Ferrer Ladies'
Home. Each room originally had a kitchen and no bathroom,
but Malabia House remodeled these into bathrooms. Now,
the Malabia House has a homey atmosphere and is one of
the best places to stay in town.
