Texas Winter Vacations

While many people spend a week's vacation in Texas, many from northern parts spend the entire winter season as Texas winter vacations. Each year those making Texas winter vacations come from retirement-age group. They spend anywhere from one to six months in the Lone Star state, spanning December through March. While some are very much localized by remaining in one area of the state, a huge chunk of tourists drive down in RVS or motor homes from north to south of the state.
