Fall golf vacations should not be overlooked, even though many golfers are fair weather travelers. Although the northern courses will be chilly, the weather at many of the best golf courses is still temperate, and prices are pleasantly lower for these fall vacations. Mexico is also a great place to go, as the 25-mile corridor between Cabo San Lucas and San José del Cabo offers eight scenic courses and beautiful weather throughout the entire year. Las Vegas golf vacations are also up-and-coming, with courses designed by Jack Nicklaus, Arnold Palmer and Tom Fazio.
