Eiffel Tower Tickets
Eiffel Tower tickets come in a few different forms. The most basic are those that allow visitors to access the second landing via a set of stairs. Should climbing a bunch of stairs prove to be an issue, you can pay extra for tickets to the Eiffel Tower that allow you to board an elevator that is destined for the second landing. Rounding out the options are the even more expensive tickets that allow holders to ride an elevator all the way to the third landing, or the summit, if you will.
All Eiffel Tower tickets allow visitors to access both the first landing and the second landing. From the first landing, you can see just over the rooftops of the surrounding buildings, while the second landing offers a more panoramic view of Paris. As for those who choose to take things further and head to the top, the views of the city from on high are certainly worth the extra money.
Anyone who is 24 years old or younger can expect to get a discount on their Eiffel Tower tickets. Also, children under the age of 4 get in for free with a paying adult. Tickets can be purchased in advance or at the tower itself. It should be noted that there are guided Eiffel Tower tours that include admission. These tours can also include other wonderful Paris experiences, such as a cruise on the River Seine or a visit to the Notre Dame Cathedral.
